My second year and my Semester 3 they gave 4 credit hours for treatment on CARDIAVASCULAR and RESPIRATORY patient

What I use to take it easy n try to love it and make relationship with him even I dont like him I use to know him so that I can fell in love with him.

arrhhh~~ I Got LAN subject MORAL hmm~ I sue kill myself but I did well on my SPM I need back to my secondary hayooo~~~ hope I will do well I dont want say this is a crapy subject even the butterfly keep on flying asking me this is a CRAPYY~~~ no I'm not going at least it teach me to be wise ^_^ some more they put 3 credit hours for this. OH MEN! I need TaKE seriouse. Hope I can smash it and do my best!

treatmen on gastrousus, Intergument, oncology and bla bla bla....

aUchH~~~ we also got Computer for NUrses okey~~~ to educate people who dont like use computer I agreeeeeee~~~

Things that really annoying me is a Nursing Practical this one since my first sem till now I wish they decrease the credit hours but then still 4.

which is there is 3 things I need to look up give attentions:-

1. Clinical attachment( I choose Hospital Keningau. God in Your hand I surrender everything I may not know what happend maybe it will be fulled by my senior or closed due to bad cases by my senior.I like went to hospital feels like I do charity)

2. Pen and paper Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) they give a picture like oxygen tank then we need label it and somemore calculation sometime it's kill me because of weird questions

3. OSCE hm~~~~ this is perfect included model~~~ I need act like a actress hahaha talk to the patient and my lecturer as a FILEM DIRECTOR hahahahaah ;p~~~~~

My Semester 2 OSCE was the funnies.

Only God now it~ I didn'y mean make a joke but then the model and my lecturer laugh 1st is it my fault~~ i just give my answer it doesn't say wrong hmmm~~~ maybe base on my action hmmm ^_^
